A few days after your initial consultation, you will receive a letter covering the recommendations you have been given together with confirmation of the cost of any hearing aids that were discussed and advice as to your next steps.
This gives you the time to consider, and should you wish, time to discuss with your family or close friends, your next course of action.
On deciding that hearing aids are the right course of action for you, you will have been asked to either: contact The Highfield Hospital and make a further appointment for impressions to be taken (if required) or to contact us directly so that we can place your hearing aid order.
